Payment Information:

Huffman Dental Products accepts a variety of payment methods including Visa,  Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

If you order by fax, please include name, address, phone number, expiration date, signature, and billing address if different from shipping address.

Shipping Information:

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours by US Priority Mail or First Class Mail and arrive in 2 to 4 business days for customers in the USA.  The carrier used for shipping is a Huffman Dental Products option.  Call us for information and rates.

We offer Next-day and Second-day shipping, additional charges are applicable.  Requests for Next-day and Second-day shipping must be received by Huffman Dental Products no later than 11:00 A.M. (E.S.T.) and are subject to availability.

Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before shipping back a product.  Merchandise for return must be in unused condition and in it’s original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

All items must be shipped pre-paid. No COD packages accepted.

Product Warranty:

We believe in only the highest quality and stand behind our products 100%.

Huffman Dental Products warrants the Leaf Gauges to be free from defects in materials or manufacturing for a period of 1 year. Defective gauges will be replaced at no cost during the warranty period.

Please refer to the special care instructions for your leaf gauges in the flyer accompanying your order or on the website.

Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice to verify warranty status.
